I couldn't have asked for a better stay at this hotel! The rooms were gorgeous, featuring beautiful high ceilings, very large queen size beds, and a spectacularly clean and modern bathroom. The breakfast was great too. However, the bathroom was the smallest of the 3, with no stairs at all, which might be a downside for some.

The service went above and beyond to accommodate us, comping a sunset boat ride and limousine service to Murano. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, really outstandingly friendly, helpful, and polite. I loved the two terraces with amazing views!

The location of the hotel was superb for our first stay, relatively close to the Rialto bridge and right on the main Strada Nova shopping street, full of cafes, bars, restaurants, and even a McDonald's if you want one. Being right next to the Gondola Station on the Grand Canal and having a small terrace and an awesome roof terrace with breathtaking views made it even better.
